Saint Francis to present Franchella music showcase

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—The University of Saint Francis Music Technology program proudly presents its annual Franchella event, a dynamic showcase of Saint Francis students’ extraordinary talent.

The free event will be from 6 to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, in the Clare Hall parking lot on the west side of campus, 2701 Spring Street.

The 3D Foundations Fashion Show will run from 6 to 6:30 p.m., with musical performances from 6:30 to 10 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, Franchella will be moved to the North Campus gymnasium.

The event features performers from the jazz ensemble, guitar ensemble and electronic music ensemble. Students will play original music, as well as cover songs by Daniel Ceasar, Basement, Steve Lacey, Maggie Lindemann and other contemporary artists. From acoustic brilliance to digital mastery, the audience will be swept away by a diverse range of musical styles, all crafted and performed by talented students. This isn’t just a concert; it’s an exploration of sound, a celebration of artistry and a testament to the future of music.

This event offers the community a chance to support the next generation of musical innovators and experience the thrill of live performance at its finest.
