After The Ceremony
Get Your Diploma
If you have completed all coursework and met all other requirements, your diploma may either be (1) mailed to the address indicated on your Graduation Application or (2) ready for pickup at the Registrar’s Office, and you will be notified by phone.
If you were awarded a course incomplete, still have a class or two to finish, or need to submit transcripts, finalize tests, complete exit interviews, or meet financial obligations, your diploma will be available after these requirements are fulfilled. Students with questions about meeting their graduation requirements should contact the Registrar’s Office.
Exit Loan Interviews
Students are required to complete exit counseling if they borrowed funding through the Federal Subsidized/Unsubsidized Direct Loan program. Please complete this requirement online at www.studentaid.gov.
- After you click on the link above, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Locate and click Complete Exit Counseling on the right side.
- Log in and complete the counseling.
Since Exit Counseling must be completed within 30 days of degree completion, please complete counseling during your last semester.
The Office of Financial Aid will send an email near the end of your final semester as a reminder to complete this requirement. If you have questions, contact the Office of Financial Aid at finaid@sf.edu or 260.399.8003.
