Our campus offers a variety of rooms to suit different group sizes. For larger gatherings, make sure to allow extra time for planning.
Consider banquet or round table seating for meals, and make sure the room size fits your needs comfortably. It’s better to have a slightly larger room for flexibility rather than one that’s too small. Keep in mind Event Services can’t schedule a group in an overcapacity room.
To help your guests navigate, provide them with parking and building maps in advance. Notify Event Services about attendee details for parking arrangements.
