Bio
Lauren Cotton, DNP, PMHNP-BC, focuses on Psychiatric Mental Health nursing, caring for vulnerable patient populations in integrated, community-based outpatient settings. In pursuit and recognition of this commitment, she was awarded and has completed service in the NurseCorps Scholarship Program and Nurse Practitioner Residency Program with Community Health Center, Inc. As a professor for the future leaders in nursing, Dr. Cotton is enthusiastic to ignite in her students a passion for providing expert, compassionate, evidence-based care to those most in need.
