Bio
I specialize in pediatric nursing. After graduating with my BSN from Ball State University, I worked as a pediatric critical care nurse at Riley Hospital for Children. After moving to Fort Wayne, I continued my career as a pediatric critical care nurse at Lutheran Children’s Hospital where I still work on a PRN basis. I would describe my teaching style as constructivism, in which I build on prior knowledge while encouraging learners to take an active role in their own learning and make connections with known and new concepts.
