The process of creating the Strategic Plan is an opportunity for the Saint Francis community to craft strategies that achieve goals which will remain institutional priorities for the next three to four years. The five goals that were identified were culture, academic, environment, organization and financial. The recent survey asked alumni and other stakeholders how to best achieve these goals.
Hundreds of alumni completed the survey, and the results were shared with the strategic planning steering committee. This data was analyzed to craft high-level strategies and actions to accomplish the goals. The President’s Cabinet and Board of Trustees will review the ideas in the coming weeks.
