Walking across the beautiful Saint Francis campus will soon feel even more welcoming. And all Saint Francis alumni and friends are invited to put their stamp on it.

To enhance the strong community connection on campus, Saint Francis is building Trinity Hall Plaza, an outdoor space intended to provide respite and relaxation—and a meal, a morning coffee or an evening campfire to create camaraderie. The plaza will connect the south side of Trinity Hall with the Cougar Den, which houses Holy Grounds coffee shop and additional dining options.

The Brick by Brick campaign offers alumni, faculty, staff, students and Saint Francis friends an opportunity to buy $300 customized bricks for the plaza. By doing so, they can:

• Confirm their support for Saint Francis values and mission
• Leave a tangible reminder of their connection to Saint Francis
• Honor a loved one
• Cement their belief in the transforming power of higher education

“Trinity Hall Plaza is destined to become a new favorite spot for students and campus guests to enjoy as they stroll through our beautiful University of Saint Francis campus,” President Dr. Lance Richey said.



By purchasing customized bricks, people will help Saint Francis create the plaza—supporting a charitable organization that donors love and enhancing the campus community. Trinity Hall Plaza will transform the area through its relaxing and inviting design. Location is always the key, and the plaza will be an inviting area between the heart of the campus and our residence halls.

Saint Francis is a nonprofit 501c3 charitable organization, so a donation is considered 100% charitable under IRS guidelines. Since the bricks will be here to stay, a gift receipt will reflect the full amount of the donation.

Those purchasing a brick may customize a message and choose from a selection of design images. All messages will be reviewed to ensure alignment with Saint Francis’ Catholic and Franciscan values. Character limits apply.
