Making Up a Test
Students
Students making up a test MUST:
- Schedule an appointment at LEAST 24 working hours in advance. Call 260-399-8065 or come to 210 JPII
- Contact the instructor to make sure the test can be made up as well as to have the test sent to SASS
Faculty
Faculty having tests proctored in SASS:
- Send a completed proctor sheet and the test to SASS. Tests can be sent via campus mail, delivered personally, or emailed to sasstesting@sf.edu
