How to Apply - This symposium is available to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors

1. Print and fill out the application form (pdf) and send a $20 check with completed form for registration. All application materials are due on September 24, 2013. 
2. Have your science teacher fill out the recommendation form (pdf) and return to us.
3. Send your transcript with SAT/PSAT/ACT/PACT scores, and class rank. If you have not taken these tests, please send in a transcript showing your grades.
4. Mail application form, recommendation form, transcript, and a $20 check payable to "University of Saint Francis" to:
