Conference and Meeting Rooms
The University of Saint Francis is an academic service facility that offers a variety of meeting spaces that can be reserved for your conference or event. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Before any campus facility can be used, an agreement must be signed by both the user and University of Saint Francis personnel.
The rates for conference rooms start at $30 an hour with available daily and weekend rates. Groups or events complementing the university’s mission and values of education, religion, and service learning will not be assessed fees for facility use. At the discretion of USF personnel, nonprofit organizations will be assessed up to 50 percent off indicated fees for facility use.
For further information and a copy of the agreement, please contact Nancy Money at (260) 399-7700, ext. 6107 or email@example.com. Arrangements not completed at least 14 days prior to the event may be denied. Cancellation of an event within seven (7) days or less will result in a 25 percent charge of the total anticipated bill.

Food is served at a variety of events and meetings at the university. The role food plays at such functions can be to satisfy attendees’ hunger, provide nutrients that people need in order to stay alert, contribute to a celebration or fulfill the hospitality role. For larger gatherings or concessions held on campus, the university’s food service provider has exclusive rights for catering, unless they waive the rights to such catering. It is the responsibility of the sponsor for these types of events to notify the Director of Food Service in advance of the catered affair.
Meals for summer conferences, interns, summer camps, etc. are priced separately and based upon the needs of the group.
