CLEP (College Level Examination Program)

CLEP provides the learner the opportunity to demonstrate college-level learning by taking nationally standardized examinations that assess the knowledge and skills taught in college-level courses. More than 30 CLEP tests are available and are administered regularly at local sites. Application forms and a study guide with sample tests are available at www.collegeboard.com.

All CLEP tests are administered by computer at a testing site. Students taking CLEP exams should request that official CLEP score reports be sent to the University of Saint Francis, Institution Code Number 1693. Your personal, unofficial test results will be available to you immediately after taking the test. If the score is acceptable, the appropriate college credit will be awarded. For more information concerning CLEP Tests, visit the College Board Web site at www.collegeboard.com. Tests are administered at institutions in the Fort Wayne area but not at USF.
