Name and Address Changes
Change of Address
Students must inform the Registrar’s Office of a change of address by completing the appropriate form in the Registrar’s Office or by accessing the “Personal Info” tab in their student account on the My Cougar Connection. To change an address on the My Cougar Connection, students must log on with their username and password.
Change of Name
Students must inform the Registrar’s Office of a change of name by completing the appropriate form in the Registrar’s Office. Name changes require that students present a legal document (marriage certificate, etc) in person at the Registrar’s Office. Name changes may not be updated through My Cougar Connection.
