Authorizations for Release of Information
According to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), educational records may only be released to parents, spouses, or others if the Authorization for Release of Information form has been filed.
Registration constitutes a contractual agreement between the student and the University of Saint Francis. If a student officially withdraws completely, a refund may be given, depending upon the period of time that has elapsed from the beginning of the term.
All currently enrolled students have two ways to register for classes. Registration can be completed from any computer with Internet access on Cougar Connection or a student can register in person at the Registrar’s Office.
