“Five Feasts of the Child Jesus” next free USF theology lecture
Sister Dorsett will present St. Bonaventure’s short devotional text, “The Five Feasts of the Child Jesus,” as a way to participate in church celebrations related to Christ’s coming in human flesh on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 3 p.m. in the North Campus. She will discuss how devout souls learn to conceive Christ in their hearts, go up with Mary into the “hill country of the spirit,” give birth spiritually to Christ, adore him with the Magi and present Jesus to God the Father.
This lecture series is sponsored by the School of Arts and Sciences. For additional information, contact Angie Springer at (260) 399-8066 or firstname.lastname@example.org
