Librarians are generally available to meet with you between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. through 12 noon on Fridays. No text services are available on Saturday or Sunday.

To meet with a librarian, stop at the main circulation desk and ask to speak to a librarian. No appointment is necessary. The main circulation desk is located on the 2nd floor of the library.

You can call 260.479.5001 to speak directly with a library staff member who can assist you. This number is staffed:

Mon - Thurs: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You can also text your questions to 260.479.5001. Text messages will be responded to as soon as possible. Staff are available to answer text messages:

This service is ideal for simple questions that require brief answers. Please use the phone or email contacts for in-depth questions.

Replies will be sent as text messages from our phone (we use an Apple iPhone to provide this service). Concise responses may include abbreviations and common shorthand. If longer responses are necessary, we may need to follow-up via email, phone or in-person.
