Student-Athlete/Alumni Mentor Program
This program is designed to help establish a legacy of leadership from USF to the real world in whatever field a student-athlete might be interested in. A mentor can contribute immensely to a recent graduate's success and have a profound affect as they develop their professional career. Publications
The Saint Francis magazine is published two times a year; the Alumni eNewsletters are sent out approximately six times a year. If you are not receiving the publications, contact alumni@sf.edu.
Career Services
All USF alumni are welcome to take advantage of the benefits offered to alumni by the university's Career Services office. The office provides assistance for those who are changing careers, moving up in their present career, searching for jobs, or considering graduate school. Resume critique, interview coaching, job search resources and referrals, and other resources can be found on the Career Services website. Contact Career Services, at 260-399-7700 ext. 6070 for additional questions.
Other career services opportunities can be found by joining the USF Alumni Association LinkedIn group in which job positions, helpful career building articles and networking tips are constantly posted. Here you will also find the opportunity to network with other USF Alumni in the professional world.
Meeting Rooms
The University of Saint Francis campus offers many beautiful and unique meeting rooms. The meeting rooms may be used by alumni for business meetings or other approved functions, depending on meeting room availability.
Meeting rooms/buildings with a rental fee (50% discount):
- Brookside Mansion
- Campus Ministry building
- Hutzell Athletic Center
- North Campus gymnasium or auditorium
- USF Performing Arts Center
- Must use university's food service, AVI Catering for refreshments

Lee and Jim Vann Library
To obtain a free alumni library card, stop in at the library located in the Pope John Paul II Center and fill out an application. As an alumnus, you have borrowing privileges from the Lee and Jim Vann Library as well as guest access to the library’s computers.
Alumni Printing Services
Alumni may utilize the USF Copy & Print Shop located in Trinity Administration building on the University of Saint Francis campus. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Services include:
- Copying ($.02/black & white; $.15/color)
- Stapling ($.02 per copy)
- Comb bound booklet binding ($.25 per book)
- Lamination ($1/per linear ft. max width 26.5 inches)
- Poster printing ($2/per linear ft. plain paper; $2.50/per linear ft. gloss)
- Saddle-stitched booklet printing
- Trim and letter folding services
Payment may be made by cash or check (made out to: Print Shop).

Discount for Second Degree
Alumni who have received a bachelor’s or master’s degree at USF, and enroll in one of our master’s degree programs, will automatically receive a substantial tuition discount. This means the Alumni second degree discount will now be a new tuition rate students will be billed at rather than an award applied to the bill through financial aid processing.

There are many special events held for alumni throughout the year:

- Alumni evening at a TinCaps baseball game
